A conceptual food photography captured for a celebrity Chef Michael Moore, owner of restaurant O Bar and Dining here in Sydney. The concept of dining among the stars was the idea behind the image. A variety of Black Lava, Pink Himalayan, Golden salt and Fleur de Sel was then scattered around a slow roasted Bonito fish. This image is the favourite among chefs, cooks and foodies.
